WIWO: Mill Street After Photos
Here’s where we are today. These were taken on my iPhone so don’t expect too much. Professional photos (and styling) coming this spring.
I totally forgot to tell you about the floor. We removed the carpet and installed this distressed, wide-plank, pre-finished, grayish hardwood floor throughout the suite. It can be seen in the photo above, along with the euro shams, standard shams, and duvet cover that I left out of the previous post.
Close up of the window treatments (with JF Fabrics hardware) and a clearer shot of the mirrored GLAM nightstands.
I actually don’t have any photos of the vestibule YET (that goes for the chair too) but I did have this picture that my wallpaper installer, Michael, sent me while he was putting up the paper. He deemed this one of the best of 2013. I couldn’t agree more.
I spy a gorgeous piece of art over the bed. Take a good look. More on that custom, original, one-of-a-kind artwork (and the artist… and the commission process…) coming up in another post.
And just to keep you on the hook, here are some other details that aren’t pictured and/or aren’t in yet. From left to right: Chair with matching ottoman in custom Jim Thompson No.9 fabric, area rug that’s much prettier in person (not in yet), and Crystorama lighting fixture and Worlds Away console table in the vestibule.
In case you missed it, check out the design plan and before pictures here.
